Service from start to finish was excellent.. All details discussed and confirmed remotely as my base was in Scotland. Continually kept informed at all stages of the process, and very impressed with the handover procedure on day I collected new car.

MOT while I waited - all good. Would be better if a check was added that that auto headlights are put back to auto. As I, and I suspect many others, don't check that when getting back in the car.. And then only realise after a potential accident.

Amy looked after me so well. She was very friendly and professional. Thanks to Amy I would have given 5 stars! However, when the inside of the car was cleaned a seat belt buckle was broken, next to a car seat so clearly needed for kids.

The service itself was fine, however I did have a concern over advice provided on tyre replacement. A measured tread depth of what looked like 3.8 mm was rounded down to "around 3 mm" and replacement advised, which seemed premature.

Everything seemed to be okay this time, although I am still waiting for a quote for a new battery, which I have been told I will get twice now! Once on the Saturday when the car was at BMW, the second when I chased it. But still no quote.

Received an unfair MOT assessment. The assessor was extreme and petty. I trusted BMW for a fair assessment. My vehicles history is now affected showing my ownership in poor light. The assessor lacks fairness and common sense.

My mother waited for the repairs to be done she is disabled and can't sit with her legs down for long periods so she needs to elevate them and the assistant told her to put her legs down did not ask her why she had them up considering previous visits

Overall okay however 2 problems; 1) I wasn't contacted at all until about 4:45 in the evening to collect 2) I was charged £90 for a diagnostic on sticking fuel flap and told needed a new one. I tried WD40 when home and that worked! £90 wasted
