I came to the dealership with a problem (Amber engine warning light). Your Service Advisor, took ownership of the problem and addressed the issue. The mechanic fitting a new dpf filter and sending me on my way. A very happy customer.

i paid exrtra for summer service on top of health check, it was not carried out correctly. When i returned to my car i checked for example AdBlue, this was not topped up so i told the assistant. What about the rest of the sevice, i cannot check this

You quoted £350 to change sensor then road-tested & over heated car & charged £13,770 to repair the damage &threat legal action while I paid Bumper &you kept car for a year & returned it with the warning light still showing & back window jammed
